Poster Presentations – Information for Authors

Poster presentations at the conference are treated as peer-reviewed scholarly contributions and are published as citable academic outputs.
All submitted poster abstracts undergo a scientific review process conducted by the conference committee. Only contributions that meet the academic and thematic standards of the conference are accepted.
Publication and DOIAccepted poster presentations are published as part of the conference’s official online proceedings.Each accepted contribution is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref and published on a dedicated permanent page on the conference website.Each poster page includes:• title • authors and affiliations • abstract • keywords • publication details All contributions are therefore:• permanently accessible • fully citable • suitable for academic referencing
CitationAccepted poster presentations can be cited as formal academic outputs.A recommended citation format is provided on each poster page, including the assigned DOI.Long-term AvailabilityAll poster presentations remain publicly available on the conference website after the event.This ensures:• long-term visibility of research • accessibility for the academic community • integration into scholarly communication
Peer ReviewAll submissions are evaluated based on:• scientific relevance • methodological soundness • clarity of presentation • alignment with the conference theme The conference maintains a selective review process, and not all submissions are accepted.
Scope of Poster ContributionsWe welcome poster submissions presenting:• ongoing research • preliminary findings • applied case studies • interdisciplinary approaches Poster presentations are particularly suitable for sharing work that may not yet be developed into a full paper but represents valuable scientific or applied insight.
Who Should SubmitWe encourage submissions from:• early-career researchers • PhD candidates • independent researchers • practitioners and applied specialists The conference actively supports participation from researchers across diverse regions, including underrepresented and developing research contexts.
Conference Program and Project DayThe conference includes a dedicated third day focused on scientific and applied projects.This day brings together representatives of funding organizations, research initiatives, and expert communities to discuss the development and implementation of projects related to the conference themes.Particular attention is given to project opportunities in regions affected by environmental challenges and armed conflicts.Participation in the conference, including poster presentations, provides an opportunity to engage with these discussions and become part of emerging research and project initiatives.
