    On-site participation provides additional networking opportunities, but the scientific content is equally accessible.

  • A DOI is assigned after the abstract has been accepted for the conference and after official registration of the presenting participant has been confirmed. Official registration means that the applicable registration fee has been paid and received.

  • Yes. DOI records are assigned to accepted conference abstracts and to all accepted presentation types, including plenary presentations, oral/session presentations, poster presentations, and e-poster presentations.

  • No. A DOI is not assigned at the moment of submission. DOI assignment takes place only after acceptance and confirmed registration.

  • Not necessarily. The DOI landing page and citation metadata may be public, while full slides, recordings, poster files, and working materials may remain restricted to registered participants unless public access is approved by the authors and organizers.

  • Yes. Approved media accreditation is free of charge. However, it is not automatic and must be approved by the organizers.

  • No. Journalists and media representatives are accredited separately and are not considered scientific participants unless they also register through the regular participant process.

  • Not automatically. Media access may be limited to selected sessions, press briefings, interviews, public materials, and materials approved for media use. Some sessions and participant-only materials may be closed to media representatives.

  • Only with permission. Photography, filming, recording, livestreaming, interviews, and direct quotation may require approval from the organizers and, where applicable, from the speakers or participants concerned.

  • Only if they participate as a scientific author or presenter through the regular submission and registration process. Media accreditation alone does not include abstract submission, presentation, publication, or DOI assignment.
