What you can find in this section
Registration and Fees
The Registration and Fees page explains participation formats, registration categories, payment conditions, and what is included in the conference registration fee.
Registration is required for scientific participants, including on-site participants, online participants, presenting authors, poster and e-poster presenters, institutional participants, observers, and invited guests.
At least one presenting author must complete official registration for each accepted contribution.
Official registration means that the applicable registration fee has been paid and received.
DOI assignment for accepted abstracts and presentation records is completed only after acceptance and confirmed registration.
Media Accreditation
Journalists, editors, documentary teams, science communicators, and media representatives are handled separately from scientific participants.
Media accreditation is free of charge, but it is not automatic and must be approved by the organizers.
Media accreditation does not provide scientific participant status, author status, DOI assignment, submission rights, or automatic access to restricted participant-only materials.
Approved media representatives may receive access to selected sessions, press briefings, interviews, public materials, and media information prepared by the organizers.
Photography, filming, recording, livestreaming, interviews, and quotation from closed discussions may require permission from the organizers and, where applicable, from the speakers or participants concerned.
FAQ
The FAQ page answers common questions about conference participation, online access, recordings, materials, DOI assignment, publication routes, and general organization.
Participants should consult the FAQ before contacting the organizers, especially for questions related to:
- online and on-site participation;- access to recordings and materials;- availability of conference files;- DOI assignment;- presentation types;- publication and access conditions.
Sponsorship and Partnership
The conference welcomes cooperation with institutions, foundations, research organizations, NGOs, companies, public bodies, and partner initiatives working in areas related to environmental risk, public health, freshwater systems, soil contamination, war-related ecological damage, restoration, sustainability, and long-term resilience.
Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are designed to support the scientific, educational, and public-interest goals of the conference.
Partnership does not influence the scientific selection of abstracts, presentations, posters, publications, DOI assignment, or editorial decisions.
Organizations interested in supporting the conference, sponsoring selected activities, or developing long-term cooperation should contact the organizers for detailed information.
Who should use this section
This section is intended for:
- researchers and scientific participants preparing to register;- authors with accepted abstracts or presentations;- poster and e-poster presenters;- online participants;- on-site participants in Prague;- institutional representatives and observers;- journalists and media representatives;- sponsors, partners, and supporting organizations;- visitors looking for practical conference information.
Scientific participants and media representatives
Scientific participants and media representatives follow different processes.
Scientific participants register through the conference registration system and may take part in the scientific programme according to their role.
Media representatives apply through the separate media accreditation process. Approved media accreditation is free of charge, but it does not replace participant registration and does not provide author or presenter status.
A journalist or science communicator who wishes to submit an abstract, present a scientific contribution, or participate as a regular scientific attendee must follow the normal submission and registration process.
Access to conference materials
Conference recordings, slides, working files, presentation materials, and discussion outputs are made available to registered participants through the conference access system.
These materials are not generally distributed publicly.
A DOI landing page and citation metadata may be public, while full presentation files, recordings, slides, poster files, and working materials may remain restricted to registered participants unless public access is approved by the authors and organizers.
Media representatives may receive access only to materials and sessions approved for media use.
DOI and publication-related information
The conference uses DOI-linked publication records for accepted conference outputs.
DOIs are assigned to accepted abstracts and to accepted presentation records, including plenary, oral/session, poster, and e-poster presentations.
DOIs are not assigned at the moment of submission.
DOI assignment takes place only after acceptance and confirmed registration of the presenting participant.
The DOI prefix is:
**10.66659**
The DOI suffix is generated automatically by the publishing system.
Full journal articles, book chapters, monographs, and post-conference book contributions are separate publication routes and may require additional editorial review, revision, and approval.
