Guest Participants are registered conference participants who attend without delivering a presentation or submitting a publication.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
They may:• attend conference sessions; • listen to presentations; • ask questions and participate in discussions; • meet speakers and other participants; • join the common coffee breaks included in the registration fee.
No abstract, presentation, paper, publication, project participation, or future commitment is required.
Participation Without the Obligation to Present
The conference is not limited to scheduled presentations. Questions, critical observations, professional experience, and informal discussions are also part of its work.
Guest Participants may contribute to discussions but do not occupy presentation slots and are not listed as authors in conference publications.
Registration
Registration is available only through the conference website and is completed during payment.
During registration, we receive your:• first name; • surname; • telephone number.
This information is sufficient to register you and prepare your Guest Participant badge.Registration and payment will not be available at the entrance to the conference hall.
Limited Attendance
The conference is limited to 120 registered participants, including speakers and Guest Participants.
Registration will close as soon as this limit is reached, even if this happens before the announced deadline.
If you intend to attend, please do not wait until the final day to register.
