Reduced on-site registration fee for eligible participants, subject to confirmation by the organizers.
The reduced on-site fee is intended for eligible participants who have been approved by the organizers for reduced-fee participation in the War, Soil, and Freshwater Systems Conference 2026 in Prague.
This registration option provides access to the conference venue, scientific programme, on-site sessions, expert discussions, participant materials, and available conference outputs according to the on-site participation format.
The reduced fee is not automatic. Participants should use this option only if their eligibility has been confirmed by the organizers or if they have been instructed to select this registration category. According to the registration page, the reduced on-site fee is available for eligible participants from Global South countries and is subject to confirmation by the organizers.
As with other on-site categories, participation is subject to venue capacity. Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received and the reduced-fee status has been approved.
The fee does not include travel to Prague, accommodation, visa costs, health or travel insurance, meals unless explicitly announced, or personal expenses.

Registration is considered complete only after the applicable registration fee has been paid and received. After confirmation, registered participants will receive further information about conference access, participant materials, online platform access, and organizational updates.
For presenting authors, confirmed registration is required before final inclusion of the accepted contribution in the official conference record and before DOI assignment, where applicable.
